General Contract Monitor EIE (GCM)
The General Contract Monitor (GCM) retrieves precise current volume and flow data from points and computes this data to display calculated values for natural gas and petroleum liquids. These known values are then used to predict the volume and flow rates required to meet the nomination for a given day.
This tool helps operators to efficiently monitor gas and petroleum liquids volume and flow, to make ad hoc distribution choices, and to meet nomination goals.
GCM is made up of an equipment interface engine (EIE) and a human-machine interface (HMI): the General Contract Monitor EIE and the CygNet GCM Nomination Grid ActiveX control. Both of these components are required for use of the GCM product.
See General Contract Monitor for more information.
